Hi, I'm Kendra 

WELCOME

I'm Kendra

I’m a 40 year old mum of three, fitness coach, and the founder of Fit Mum Collective.

I’ve loved sports and fitness for as long as I can remember. In 2013 I was living in LA as a nanny with a background in teaching when I decided to take a leap, following my passion, and become a Certified Personal Trainer and Weight Loss Specialist.

Back then, finding time to work out was easy. Then I had kids.

Suddenly I wasn’t choosing between a spin class or a weight session. I was choosing between a workout, a shower, or sitting down for five minutes in silence.

I still wanted to feel strong, healthy, and confident, but I quickly realised that the fitness industry wasn’t really designed for women juggling school runs, nap schedules, work, family life, and other responsibilities.

 

Through a couple years of research and trials, I found that actually I could reach my goals in a much quicker and easier way than I ever thought! 

That’s why I created Fit Mum Collective!

A place where women can come together in a like-minded community to build strength, lose fat, and feel amazing without spending hours in the gym or living solely on chicken and broccoli.
